We have LLM features as well as voice agents in production, we use Claude Code in our self-built development environment, and we are actively improving our agent-driven software development practices\n\nIndependent problem-solving and the ability to zoom out. Modern development means understanding the business case, not just the ticket, and being able to talk fluently with people on the business side.\n\nOwnership mindset. We are looking for someone who is part of the solution from planning to production, who shows up to architecture discussions with opinions, and who pushes back when something doesn't make sense.\n\nFluent in English. Finnish is a plus, not required.\nOur stack\nThe stack evolves, but the spine is event-driven AWS:\nCloud & infra: AWS - ECS, Lambda, Bedrock, SNS/SQS at the core. Azure knowledge (identity, B2C) is a plus.\n\nBackend: Node.js, TypeScript\n\nFrontend: React\n\nAI in development & products: Claude and Claude Code as our daily drivers for development, cloud platforms and dedicated services for AI functionalities like STT / TTS, models & agents.
