Description:\n Develop and drive strategies and resource deployment to meet patient implant and revenue goals\n Execute territory strategies and deliver required metrics\n Use Salesforce, Salesforce dashboards, forecasting, and CVRx commercial applications; teach others as needed\n Maintain thorough understanding of CVRx technologies, therapies, and related physiological and technical principles\n Support implants, follow-up procedures, and visits\n Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance to healthcare providers and CVRx employees\n Research and resolve technical inquiries\n Represent CVRx devices to cardiologists, hypertension specialists, and cardiac/vascular surgeons\n Provide on-call clinical support, troubleshooting, physician training, and in-service education for hospital personnel\n Provide R&D feedback on product enhancements and new product development ideas\n Follow sales management processes and reporting systems; maintain accurate device and programmer records in Salesforce\n Interface with internal departments, physicians, healthcare professionals, investigators, and customers\n Perform other duties as assigned\nRequirements:\n BS or equivalent degree in health sciences, engineering, or business, or a combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree\n 7-10+ years of experience in medical device industry sales and business development with implantable medical devices\n Experience with cardiology or cardiovascular health products, heart failure therapeutic devices, cardiac surgery therapeutic devices, or related device sales\n Ability to master medical, surgical, and active implantable medical device technology concepts\n Knowledge of the cardiology device market and competitive devices, strategies, and advantages/disadvantages\n Experience executing commercial strategies for market development and program selling\n Experience working with KOLs, APPs, and key healthcare contacts in the territory\n Understanding of insurance authorization challenges\n Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and closing sales skills\n Leadership capabilities and ability to earn respect\n Ability to forecast performance and deliver to goals\n Independent, self-motivated, resilient, persistent, and relationship-oriented\n Able to travel up to 75% annually, including occasional overnight travel\n Reliable car and valid driver's license in good standing\n Valid identification approved for domestic air travel within the U.S.\n Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19\n Must meet lawful
