Product Manager - Remittance

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders on formulating and prioritising new ideas utilising the combined understanding of customer behaviour, user experience and commercial aspects.
• Work with UX, Development, and Quality Assurance teams to deliver new products and features within timelines and generate impact on volumes and profitability.
• Work with external MTOs (e. g., Western Union) on new integrations and improvement initiatives on existing integrations.
• Manage resolution of production defects and technical debt.

The core requirements for the job include the following:

Skills and Experience Required:

• Managing stakeholders across functions.
• Numerical Ability and Data Analytics.
• Prioritisation of new initiatives.
• User experience design.
• Familiarity in working with API-based scalable microservices.

Background:

• 3-4 years of core product management experience in a well-regarded fintech, preferably working on cross-border remittance (ideal) or payment products.
• Tier 1 academic background.

Tools:

• Jira, Confluence, and MS Excel.
