In this hunter role, you will seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.\nWhat you’ll be working on:\nQualify leads from MSP marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.\nContact potential clients through cold calls and emails.\nPresent our company to potential clients.\nIdentify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.\nCustomize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.\nProactively seek new business opportunities in the market.\nSet up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Partner Development Managers.\nStay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.\nWhat you bring to the role:\n3+ years of relevant experience preferred.\nBA/BS degree; or equivalent work experience.\nStrong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.\nProficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.\nExperience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.\nExcellent verbal and written communications skills.\nStrong listening and presentation skills.\nAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.\nCompensation\nAt Barracuda, we’re committed to supporting our employees’ well-being and long-term success. Compensation for this role is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, and work location. For hires at this level, the anticipated salary (or salary plus commission target, where applicable) falls within the range below. This role may also be eligible for bonuses and equity. Final compensation will be determined in part by the qualifications of the selected candidate.
