In this role, you’ll independently set up, operate, and maintain CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components that meet exact specifications and quality standards.\nAbout the Role\nThe ability to setup and operate CNC mills and lathes independently.\nRead and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and inspection instructions.\nApply advanced knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) in machining and inspections.\nFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.\nThe ability to make tool and work offset changes when needed to produce conforming parts.\nActively participate in training programs for skill development and career advancement.\nAll other duties as directed.\nAbout You\nYou’re a hands-on, detail-oriented machinist who takes pride in producing high-quality, precise parts. You enjoy working independently to set up and run CNC equipment and have a strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and quality requirements.
