We have an exciting opportunity for you!\nOur people division is growing, and we are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Capital Projects team.The successful candidate will provide leadership and technical oversight of all engineering activities across the North America projects portfolio. The role is accountable for engineering deliverables from study phases through detailed design and construction support, ensuring designs are safe, constructible, cost-effective, and aligned with project objectives, schedules, and corporate standards. We are committed to a safe work environment sending every person home safe and healthy every day and leaving a sustainable legacy on our host communities.\nResponsibilities:\nChampion a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with company health, safety, and environmental standards and applicable regulatory requirements (including MSHA).\nLead engineering delivery across the BGNA projects portfolio, covering process, mechanical, civil/structural, electrical, and instrumentation/controls disciplines.\nManage engineering consultants and EPC/EPCM partners, including scope, schedules, budgets, deliverable quality, and performance.\nEnsure designs comply with company standards, applicable codes, and MSHA and other regulatory requirements.\nDrive constructability, operability, and maintainability reviews with site construction, operations, and maintenance teams.\nProvide field engineering support during construction and commissioning, including resolution of technical queries, design changes, and non-conformances.\nManage technical change control, design risk registers, and interface coordination across project packages.\nReview and approve engineering deliverables, vendor data, and as-built documentation.\nSupport project estimating, scheduling, and cost control with reliable engineering inputs and progress measurement.\nCoordinate engineering input into permitting and regulatory submissions as required.\nBuild, lead, and develop the site-based engineering team.\nReport engineering status, risks, and issues to project leadership.\nBased in Elko, Nevada, with substantial time at BGNA project sites. Site work involves exposure to active construction and mining environments requiring adherence to site safety protocols.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Process/Metallurgical, or related discipline); professional registration (PE or equivalent)preferred\nMinimum 10-15 years of engineering experience on mining or minerals processing capital projects, including 5+ years in an engineering leadership rolepreferred\nStrong experience in brownfield/site-based project environments and construction-phase engineering support preferred\nExperience managing engineering consultants and EPC/EPCM contracts preferred\nWorking knowledge of applicable North American codes, standards, and regulatory requirementspreferred\nStrong technical leadership with practical, construction-focused judgment required\nEffective management of consultants and multidisciplinary teams required\nCollaborative working style with construction, operations, and maintenance stakeholders required\nStructured approach to change control, document management, and design assurance preferred\nClear communication and
