We offer a generous benefits package which includes a competitive medical, dental, and vision plan with national provider networks, a 401k retirement plan with employer contribution, paid time off, company-sponsored medical clinics, company match share purchase program, and much more!\nResponsibilities:\nOversee the Process Safety Team to increase peer to peer engagement that will promote courageous safety leadership\nActively recruit and engage safety team members\nEngage with peers to establish safety team topics and areas of interest to incorporate safety excellence\nBe in the field a minimum of 8 hours a day doing peer to peer engagements\nCollaborate with supervision and upper management on the implementation of safety programs and topics\nCollaborate with S&H and other division safety committee leaders to align safety topics with all divisions within Nevada Gold Mines. Attend all safety committee meetings\nCoordinate and attend all Process safety committee meetings\nEncourage safety committee members to attend and participate in the safety committee meetings\nEncourage safety team members to present safety committee topics at the division safety meetings\nMeeting planning & facilitation, directing and tracking progress of safety team, compiling & presenting interaction results, working closely with supervisory staff to ensure data is available for various projects\nPresentations to crews / team / management, quarterly newsletter creation, safety meeting content coordination, and assistance with mid-year safety training\nFrequent interaction with multiple work groups inside and outside of the division, working with miners, technicians, technical/support staff, supervision, and management\nQualifications:\nTwo years in the Process division required\n\nExcellent communication and organizational skills preferred\n\nIntermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office) preferred\n\nProven safe work record and demonstrated courageous leadership required\n\nAbility to work effectively with minimal supervision required\n\nAbility to follow both verbal and written instructions required\n\nAbility to interact with a wide variety of people, both verbally and written, required\n\nAbility to direct teams required\n\nAbility to
