accountability. \nProvide regular field presence to support, coach, and develop supervisors while ensuring work is executed safely and to standard. \nLead workforce planning activities including staffing, recruitment, training, competency development, and performance management. \nHold employees and leaders accountable to safety, operational, and behavioral expectations while addressing performance deficiencies in a timely manner. \nEnsure clear, transparent, and effective communication across crews, shifts, departments, and leadership teams. \nCoordinate detailed shift-to-shift pass-downs to ensure continuity of operations and execution of weekly plans. \nDrive compliance to mine plans, production targets, and operational priorities while proactively resolving obstacles to execution. \nPartner with Engineering, Geology, Geotechnical, Maintenance, and other stakeholders to develop and execute short- and long-range mine plans. \nMonitor and improve key operational performance indicators, providing accurate variance analysis and corrective action plans. \nEnforce standards related to safety, ground support, ventilation, travelways, workplace conditions, and operational procedures. \nEnsure effective stewardship of mining equipment, mobile fleet, infrastructure, and maintenance programs. \nParticipate in inspections, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to identify risks and improve operational performance. \nManage costs through efficient use of labor, consumables, materials, and equipment while minimizing waste and rework. \nPromote a culture of ownership, teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across all areas of responsibility. \nSupport the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual production objectives leadership.\nQualifications:\nMinimum ten (10) years of verifiable and related maintenance experience required\nFive (5) years of supervisory or lead experience preferred\nExperience in a planned maintenance environmentpreferred\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints and schematicsrequired\nProfessional communication skills with various levels of employees both verbally and in writingrequired\nExcellent leadership skills and knowledge of influencing othersrequired\nPerformance of the essential job functionsrequired\nTeam based work skills required\nProficient with basic computer software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.),required\nValid driver’s license, required\nCommitment to developing and maintaining a safe work culture, required\nAble to drive manual
