This support shall include, but not be limited to ensuring parts are located and staged for all scheduled maintenance jobs, coordinating machine issues with Predictive Maintenance/Condition Monitoring groups (both internal and external), coordinating with Supply Chain and setting stocking levels, etc.\nIn addition, the Underground Mobile Maintenance Parts Expeditor, will be responsible for material extensions, entering stock requests, assisting with on-time parts delivery, and looking at past material usage along with component replacement forecasts to determine proper stocking levels at site as well as local inventory levels held by Business Partners.\nThe successful candidate will coordinate activities that support NGM’s best business practices. When necessary, the successful candidate will modify existing or create new operating procedures and other tools that will ensure maximum asset value is achieved while staying true to the Nevada Gold Mines Vision and Core Values\nResponsibilities and Qualifications:\nComply with State and Federal legal regulations, Barrick Safety and Environmental policies and procedures\nCooperate with supervisors, coordinators and managers on management of safety and environmental issues, including complying with any instruction\nIntervene, as necessary, to ensure the health and safety of others in the workplace and to protect the environment\nAttend scheduled or unscheduled safety meetings \nComplete regular safety inspections of the workplace and audit work practices\nWork effectively as a team member\nWorks effectively with other departments and various suppliers\nDemonstrates safe and environmentally sound work practices\nAbility to accurately locate available suppliers, identify correct parts by manufacturer, machine serial number and any applicable manufacturer updates to support the NGM business strategy \nAbility to identify physical part location, availability & lead times for procurement\nEfficiency at creating direct charge requisitions & procurement of system catalogued materials following established NGM process flows and tracks delivery through to material(s) received\nMonitors the process flow of parts orders for scheduled/ unscheduled workflow communicating identified risk to team\nWorks closely with area or on call buyer to ensure accurate delivery of parts orders communicating progress to maintenance end user\nIdentify & communicate improvement opportunities related to part procurement and costs\nUnderstand key stakeholders involved with parts orders and provide efficient, accurate communication to relevant parties\nDemonstrate visible identification of parts. (I.e., hydraulic pump vs. hydraulic motor)\nCreates and distributes applicable component replacement advisories (CRA'S) for rotable parts\nWorks closely with NGM-Supply Chain to evaluate parts returns and process applicable parts\nDemonstrate proficiency with supporting software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word)\nMonitors exchangeable core components and parts for return and communicates progress to applicable stakeholders\nDemonstrate competent forklift operation\nDemonstrate knowledge of supply chain process flows (procurement, material governance)\nConducts competitive Request for Quotation processes\nPerforms analysis of unused parts and provides accurate reporting\nKit where necessary and stage parts in shop for maintenance execution teams\nExposure to PdM/CM technologies Preferred\nFundamental operational efficiency of ERP (SAP)Preferred\nPlanning experiencePreferred\nSpecialized mechanical/electrical trades experience, particularly with UG mining equipment Preferred\nProficient with Microsoft Office, MST, SAP, Power BI and PI Vison software programs Preferred\nExcellent leadership, people, and communication skills Required\nAbility to perform the essential functions of this position Required\nFive (5) years practical experience in Maintenance, preferably in a mining environment Required*\n(* Accredited post secondary education will be
