We offer a generous benefits package which includes a competitive medical, dental, and vision plan with national provider networks, a 401k retirement plan with employer contribution, paid time off, company-sponsored medical clinics, company match share purchase program, and much more!\nResponsibilities:\nCreate and maintain accurate training records in accordance with MSHA regulations\n\nLead transition to Competency Based Training\n\nDevelop, administer, and continuously improve training programs Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the training Develop training courses based on operational and site needs.\n\nDevelop teaching outlines and determine instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, meetings, and workshops\n\nExcellent and demonstrated personal commitment to safety & health\n\nSelects or develops testing and evaluation procedures to be used prior to and at completion of training\n\nEvaluate all training facilitators.
