company-sponsored medical clinics, company match share purchase program, and much more!\nResponsibilities:\nReporting to a Senior Reliability Engineer, the Predictive Maintenance Technician is responsible for the following;\nReview daily oil analysis reports & investigate with follow up samples, filter inspections & operational checks\nAudit oil sampling quality & PM inspection findings\nMonitor component operating hours and developing failure trends.\nCollect and analyze data on all types of equipment using predictive maintenance technologies\nDevelop and maintain predictive maintenance technology databases\nSupport the implementation of new inspection technologies and condition-monitoring tools\nSupport and maintain equipment health watchlist with documented recommendations\nReview OEM fault codes and recommend actions for prevention\nPerform physical inspections of high-risk equipment.\nGenerate and distribute condition and follow up reports to all levels of management\nSupport RCA investigations of major equipment failures with the Reliability Maintenance team\nIdentify recurring failures, poor maintenance practices, or component design weaknesses\nAssist with equipment modifications, prototypes, and reliability upgrades.\nAttend daily maintenance meetings and communicate developing reliability concerns\nTranslate technical findings into actionable recommendations for supervisors and planners\nDrive a culture of continuous improvement\nPerform other duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nProven safety record required\nExcellent attendance record required\nPrevious training and experience with application of predictive maintenance technologies and associated software and hardware preferred\n(4) years of industrial maintenance experience preferred\nAbility to troubleshoot and repair all types of process equipment preferred\nComputer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word preferred\nAbility to schedule and prioritize workload required\nDemonstrate ability to perform the essential function of the job required\nThe ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this
