the Role\nWe're looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visually engaging content across social media, marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand communications.\n\nYou'll work closely with the marketing and content teams to create compelling static graphics, carousels, infographics, short-form videos, product demos, and motion graphics that bring the BarrierBreak brand to life.\n\nIf you have a strong eye for design, understand visual storytelling, and enjoy creating content in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign engaging social media creatives, LinkedIn carousels, infographics, banners, and marketing collateral.\nUnderstand the aesthetics of the brand and try to reflect that into videos and graphics\nEdit podcasts, shot content into shorter video edits\nCreate videos from scratch using graphics screenshots stock images and videos\nCreate graphics that align with BarrierBreak's brand identity and visual guidelines.\nTranslate briefs into clean, modern, and impactful visual communication.\nDesign assets for product launches, campaigns, webinars, blogs, newsletters, and case studies.\nEdit and create short-form videos, product feature videos, explainers, and promotional content.\nAdd motion graphics, transitions, text animations, and basic visual effects to videos.\nCollaborate closely with content strategists and marketers to develop creative campaign concepts.\nEnsure quick turnaround times while maintaining consistency and quality across all assets.\nStay updated with design trends and continuously bring fresh ideas to the team.\n\nSkills Required\n2–4 years of experience in graphic design and digital content creation.\nStrong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, presentations, motion graphics, and marketing assets.\nExcellent aesthetic sense, typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.\nAbility to understand and work within established brand guidelines.\nExperience creating high-quality LinkedIn carousels and digital marketing creatives.\n\nTools\nCanva (Advanced)\nAdobe Premiere Pro\nAdobe After Effects (preferred)\nAdobe Illustrator\nAdobe Photoshop\nFigma (preferred)\n\nNice to Have\nExperience creating B2B SaaS or technology marketing creatives.\nBasic understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.\nExperience designing for LinkedIn, YouTube, email marketing, and digital campaigns.\nFamiliarity with AI-powered creative tools for improving design workflows.\n\nWhat We're
