Key Responsibilities:

• Design Coordination & Optimization: Collaborate closely with design teams, consultants, and site engineers to resolve technical discrepancies, optimize designs for constructability, and ensure efficient project execution.

• Quantity Surveying & Cost Control: Develop and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ), prepare cost estimations, and assist in tender evaluations for mechanical components and systems.

• Software Proficiency: Utilize advanced software like AutoCAD and Revit MEP to produce detailed drawings and models, ensuring accuracy and integration with other disciplines.

• Technical Support: Provide expert technical support and guidance to site teams, addressing challenges and proposing effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures for all technical office deliverables.

• Project Reporting: Prepare comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and presentations for project stakeholders.

Skills & Technologies:

You will be instrumental in applying your mastery of Mechanical Engineering principles and your proficiency in industry-standard tools. Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in a Mechanical Technical Office Engineer role, preferably within the Mechanical/Electrical Engineering sector.
