Currently there is an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join the Barrios team.\nThere are Project Coordinator roles are located at NASA centers, primarily at Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL as well as other locations.\nResponsibilities\n** We are actively searching for qualified candidates for potential openings; however, we do not have assurance at this time if and when the position will be finalized and opened. Because we have strong reason to believe the position will be approved soon, we are proceeding with identifying qualified candidates and conducting interviews.\nThe Project Coordinator will:\nProvide excellent communication and coordination capabilities with internal and external stakeholders\nResearch and gather data, manage storage of team records and documentation, and distribute information to appropriate audiences\nConduct presentation and data package development and integration to include project plans, milestone reports, and project quarterly/monthly/weekly reports\nProvide meeting support to include scheduling, logistics, setup, integration of presentation materials, and real-time meeting support\nTrack data to include action items, safety metrics, and data package deliverables, as well as project resources and acquisitions\nProvide event planning support to include on-site and off-site technically oriented meetings, programmatic reviews, working groups, panels, and boards\nAnticipate customer needs and act proactively to make it happen\nProvide innovative thinking and process improvement identification and implementation\nInterface with program and project management\nIdentify areas for improved program and project efficiency and proposed solution\nProvide database development, maintenance, and management\nProvide Space Act Agreement (SAA) support to all phases of SAAs and Enhanced Use Leases (EULs)\nPerform other duties as required\nQualifications\nhis position is posted at multiple levels.
