The incumbent will assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of events while ensuring a professional, safe, and high-quality service is delivered to clients. This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a hands-on approach.\nKey Responsibilities\nEvent Preparation\nAssist with loading, checking, and preparing event equipment.\nEnsure all equipment is clean, functional, and ready for deployment.\nPack vehicles according to event requirements.\nAssist with stock control and inventory checks.\nEvent Setup\nTransport equipment to event venues.\nSet up event infrastructure, including furniture, branding, décor, staging, lighting, audio-visual equipment, and other event-related items.\nEnsure all equipment is installed according to client specifications and company standards.\nConduct quality checks before the event commences.\nEvent Support\nProvide on-site support throughout the event.\nAssist clients and guests where required.\nResolve minor operational issues and escalate concerns to the Event Team Leader.\nMaintain a professional appearance and represent Tradereach positively at all times.\nEvent Breakdown\nDismantle and pack equipment safely after events.\nEnsure all company equipment is accounted for before leaving the venue.\nAssist with cleaning, maintenance, and storage of equipment.\nReport any damaged or missing equipment.\nHealth & Safety\nComply with all health and safety procedures.\nUse equipment safely and correctly.\nMaintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.\nWear the required PPE where applicable.\nGeneral Duties\nAssist with warehouse housekeeping.\nSupport other operational departments when required.\nAttend team meetings and training sessions.\nPerform additional duties reasonably requested by management.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nTimely and accurate event setup.\nQuality of event presentation.\nClient satisfaction.\nEquipment accountability.\nCompliance with health and safety standards.\nAttendance and punctuality.\nTeamwork and professionalism.\nMinimum Requirements\nQualifications\nGrade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.\nA valid driver's licence will be advantageous.\nExperience\nPrevious experience in events, logistics, hospitality, or general operations is advantageous but not
