product reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of connected store network operations, including media and sales performance reports.\nData Management:Establish and maintain appropriate ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various internal and external sources.\nEnsure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data by implementing rigorous data cleaning and validation procedures.\nDesign and optimise data pipelines to facilitate efficient data flow and processing.\nManage and organise large datasets to support business intelligence reporting and analysis.\nContinuously monitor and refine ETL processes to adapt to changing data sources and business requirements.\nCollaborate with data engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility.\n\nBI Tools Utilization:Utilize BI tools like Tableau and Grafana to create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights.\nOptimize BI tools to ensure optimal performance when embedding reports and support upgrades, configuration, and troubleshooting.\n\nPerformance Monitoring:Assist with establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) across the product, including network operations, system performance, and program performance defined by media and sales metrics.\nCollaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and sales, to support strategic initiatives.\nDocumentation:Maintain clear and thorough documentation of processes, methodologies, and analyses.\nContinuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.\nREQUIREMENTS\n5+ years of experience in a related field. \nBachelor's or Graduate's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.\nProven experience working with and establishing ETL processes.\nProficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau.\nStrong technical background with an understanding of basic data engineering practices.\nExperience with Python and related data tools.\nFamiliarity with data structures, query languages (MySQL), and database management.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience with monitoring KPIs and performance metrics.\nExperience in the retail or media industry is a plus.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems is an
