The graphic designer develops a wide range of creative solutions that are both traditional (print, collateral materials, on-site, OOH, etc.) as well as digital.\nMust show a high level of creativity and creative curiosity in developing graphic design concepts.\n\nMust have mastery in layout and production design using design apps (Adobe Creative Cloud) and/or others.\n\nMust have criteria for photo selection, retouching and image archiving.\n\nMust have knowledge of color theory and color relationships, typography terms and specifications, page composition and grid structure.\n\nAssists with providing accurate time and cost estimates for printing, proofing, and delivery.\n\nManages projects. Works closely with marketing clients on deliverables.\n\nMaintains strict adherence to deadlines, deliverable specs, client briefs and feedback.\n\nKeeps up to date with software enhancements, design, and visual communication trends.\n\nOrganizes and maintains project files.\n\nServes as a mentor and a guide for student ad company staff.\n\nMust be able to accept feedback and direction (that may vary from positive to negative), address revisions based on this feedback and post for continuing approvals.\n\nParticipates in the development of creative solutions to effectively communicate through a wide variety of creative tactics.\n\nWorks with the Art Director, and the account service team to manage workflow of all projects, which includes the interaction with the Communications team, outside agencies, copywriters, and freelancers.
