both individual contributors and technical leaders without relying solely on positional authority.\nDelivery & Business Leadership\nExperience driving engineering delivery in a global or matrixed environment.\nStrong project, program, or delivery management experience.\nProven ability to create visibility through metrics, dashboards, and delivery governance frameworks.\nExperience balancing multiple stakeholder priorities while maintaining team well-being and delivery quality.\nTechnical Foundation\nBackground in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Industrial Automation, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.\nBroad engineering understanding to guide execution and effectively partner with Technical Leads.\nAbility to understand cross-functional engineering workflows and identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.\nGlobal Collaboration\nExperience working with geographically distributed teams and international stakeholders.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and organizational complexity while maintaining alignment and momentum.\nPreferred Experience\n\nExperience leading teams of approximately 25-40+ engineers.\nExperience working within GCCs, captive centers, engineering services organizations, OEMs, or manufacturing technology companies.\nExposure to Mechanical, Electrical, and Controls Engineering environments.\nExperience building capability development programs, technical talent pipelines, or SME
