In this role, you will work with a team of industry experts to help the world’s leading companies solve their most difficult problems. You will join our I&C practice and partner with seasoned leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver the highest quality solutions to our clients with consistency and accuracy.\nWhat You’ll Do\nYou'll work individually and in teams to support capital projects and implement solutions for our clients. Together, you will help our clients make critical changes to improve their performance and realize their most important goals.\nWork with licensed engineers and experienced designers to design panels, planview drawings, BIM models, and etc. for industrial facilities.\nBe able to train/mentor less experienced professionals in client and industry standards and best practices.\nExhibit leadership skills to successfully manage a team of designers throughouta project execution.\nDevelop IO wire pull schedule, while performing conduit, wire sizing, voltage drop, conduit fill, and cable tray sizing.\nDevelop Network cable pull schedule.\nCreate construction drawings for I&C deliverables such as P&IDs, panel drawings, standard installation details , schematics, connection diagrams, and plans.\nInterpret and apply industry codes and standards, including hazardous area classification for electrical equipment\nDevelop specifications and review vendor submittals\nOccasionally Provide on-site assessment, construction support, and start-up support\nWork with other engineering disciplines across multiple offices\nMake an impact day-to-day with your skills and expertise, strengthening that relationship with our clients and team\nWhat You’ll Bring\nA minimum of eight years of relevant experience\nStrong user experience with Revit\nExperience executing projects for industrial facilities with a focus on quality, cost effectiveness, and safety\n Knowledge of:ISA standards\nNEC\nNFPA\nUL508A\n\nTechnical competency in Instrumentation, control systems, panel design and etc.\nProficiency in performing calculations for wire sizing, voltage drop, conduit fill, cable tray sizing and fill.\nExpertise in the preparation of design criteria, and specification for I&C equipment\nSolid skills in instrument selection and creating datasheets, IO lists, cable schedules, and instrument and valve indexes.\nExpertise in designing wiring and conduit drawings using AutoCAD and 3D modeling in Revit.\nThe ability to assist in the development of construction drawings and review work packages\nFirm understanding of digital communication protocols, communication cable types, and methods of cross communication between systems.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to successfully interact with management, clients, and vendors\nSolid computer skills in the use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Revu Bluebeam\nA willingness to travel for project requirements including installation and start-up activities, client and company sponsored meetings, trainings, industry related seminars, forums, and conventions\nA two-year degree with relevant experience \nOur culture and commitment to our people is what sets us apart.
