In this role, you will work with a team of industry experts to help the world’s leading companies solve their most difficult problems. You will join our CSI Practice and partner with seasoned leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver the highest quality solutions to our clients with consistency and accuracy.\nWhat You’ll Do\nYou'll work individually and in teams to support capital projects and implement solutions for our clients. Together, you will help our clients make critical changes to improve their performance and realize their most important goals.\nImplement industrial networks, primarily for manufacturing facilities\n\nDeliver on-site full project lifecycle of site-wide network design, including initial validation, complete commissioning, sign-off, troubleshooting, and modification of existing customer networks\n\nHandle the audit, specification, design, development, testing, and implementation of industrial networks (platforms primarily include the Cisco/Stratix line of enterprise and industrial hardware)\n\nDesign solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations\n\nCreate accurate network diagrams/documentation for design, planning, and procurement\n\nCreate BOMs to fulfill project design requirements including network hardware, structured cabling, and connectors\n\nProvide direction and clarification to installers and other on-site staff regarding the physical network installation\n\nWork collaboratively within cross-functional team environment to achieve overall project goals\n\nMake an impact day-to-day with your skills and expertise, strengthening that relationship with our clients and team\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nThree to seven years of related experience within either a manufacturing environment or a direct networking position, or equivalent\n\nA Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, network engineering, or an equivalent technical degree/experience\n\nA solid understanding of network infrastructure, network hardware components, and interrelated network communication protocols\n\nThe ability to configure Rockwell/Cisco switches\n\nNetwork certifications (CCNA/NP, IMINS)\n\nExperience in industrial and/or manufacturing environments.\n\nVirtualization hardware and software experience (Dell, HP, VMware, Hyper-V)\n\nA basic understanding of project management fundamentals and strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Visio, & AutoCAD)\n\nProficient in Cisco CLI (other manufacturers’ CLI fluency is a plus)\n\nEffective organizational, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills\n\nThis ability to work with minimal supervision\n\nA willingness to travel to support installation and start-up activities and attend client meetings\n\nSecurity experience/certifications (ISA, GICSP, CISSP) (preferred)\n\nNetwork tools experience (GNS3, SolarWinds, Network Manager) (preferred)\n\nControl system experience (PLCs, SCADA software) (preferred)\n\nExperience in industrial controls network design (preferred)\n\nApplication development or system administration experience (preferred)\n\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship\n\nOur culture and commitment to our people is what sets us apart.
