In this role, you will work with a team of industry experts to help the world’s leading companies solve their most difficult problems. You will join our Architecture/Engineering Process Practice and partner with seasoned leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver the highest quality solutions to our clients with consistency and accuracy.\nResponsibilities\nDirect process design activities (including process descriptions, process flow diagrams, and P&IDs)\nLead a team of process engineers and designers to successfully execute projects that meet cGMP, FDA and other regulatory standards and requirements\nEnsure quality through the implementation of rigorous project quality reviews\nReview and approve drawings for client and project needs\nReview submittals, answer RFIs, and direct field visits to verify onsite work is proceeding according to design\nClient development activities include presenting our firms process capabilities, proposing technical solutions to meet the clients’ needs and full scope efforts to complete the proposal\nBuild relationships with the greater practice and market sector professionals resulting in a completely cohesive and technically correct operational solution. This includes interfacing and integrating highly complex technical solutions across our firm-wide practices that include facility, utility, process, automation (control systems integration), and construction management professionals. These relationships also create the positive one-firm culture across the group.\nBuild and develop the team of process design engineers under your guidance and supervision\nRequirements\n10+ years’ process engineering design experience in cGMP, FDA, or other regulated manufacturing environments\n2+ years’ experience as a process engineering design manager preferred\nExperience developing process engineering designs for the life sciences industry is required\nDemonstrated ability to present process designs to existing and new clients\nDemonstrated ability lead a process engineering design team\nSubject Matter Expert knowledge of cGMP regulations and standards preferred\nProficient with Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint\nProficient with written and verbal technical communication including generating reports and conducting group presentations\nTravel as needed to complete projects\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering from an ABET accredited university\nMaster’s Degree in engineering a plus\nLicenses\nProfessional Engineering license preferred\nOur culture and commitment to our people is what sets us apart.
