You'll join a growing team of more than 1,500 professionals across 45 U.S. offices where you'll be empowered to make an impact, develop your expertise, and grow your career.\nWhat You'll Do\nIn this role, you'll lead controls and automation projects and support the growth of the local and regional business. You'll work closely with clients, technical professionals, recruiting, finance, office partners, and regional partners to deliver automation solutions and strengthen project execution. This position plays an important role in customer satisfaction, technical quality, team development, and strategic business growth.\nLead project work involving hardware and panel design, PLC and HMI programming, SCADA design, power distribution design, and associated documentation\nManage proposals, estimates, schedules, resources, staffing, contracts, order processing, quality control, customer satisfaction, and project setup\nGrow the local and regional controls and automation business and maintain relationships with key client contacts\nGuide technical professionals through mentoring, feedback, training, and career development\nDevelop annual vision plans and support strategic business planning for the controls and automation group\nPartner with recruiting to identify and hire controls and automation professionals\nParticipate in councils that oversee and adopt firmwide standards\nProvide quarterly reporting to office and regional partners\nCoordinate with finance to support accurate reporting of controls and automation group activities\nMaintain appropriate use of company facilities, plant, and equipment\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or another engineering discipline supported by relevant experience\nFive or more years of experience developing and delivering automation solutions for consumer products or industrial clients\nExperience designing electrical control systems and programming automation systems for process applications\nProficiency with Rockwell hardware and software solutions\nAbility to travel for project installation, startup, client meetings, company meetings, training, seminars, forums, and conventions\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Siemens, Wonderware, or GE software and hardware\nExperience in food and beverage, pulp and paper, or another industrial sector\nThe approximate pay range for this position is $120k-$150k\nPlease note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
