In this role, you will work with a team of industry experts to help the world's leading companies convert capital spending initiatives into executable solutions. You will join our Project Development & Planning group and partner with seasoned leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver the highest quality front-end planning and project development solutions to our clients with consistency and accuracy.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead the development of diverse and complex projects in the Food, Beverage, and Consumer Packaged Goods markets. By applying sound judgment and facilitating robust cross-functional solutions, you will drive the front-end planning and project development for manufacturing-focused capital investments.\nLead the development of front-end programming, planning, schematic design and design development of process and packaging systems within CPG manufacturing facilities.\nProvide client & technical leadership in the development of capital projects for Food, Beverage and Consumer Packaged Goods clients prior to design and construction.\nDevelop long-standing client relationships that are based on trust and technical competence.\nExpertise in project development and execution including; development of project plans and strategies, project resourcing, and overall project budgets that can be executed to achieve the client's investment objectives.\nFocus on overall project success and accomplishment of objectives related to scope, schedule, and budget, as well as critical elements of client satisfaction and client development.\nAnalyze and develop specialized manufacturing solutions to meet the client's objectives for new and existing cGMP facilities.\nMaintain knowledge of Food, Beverage, and Consumer Packaged Goods industry standards, best practices and regulatory requirements.\nMentor and provide guidance to technical and planning professionals within the firm.\nProject Management Tasks include; client leadership, client development, defining client goals and objectives, management of project financials, client and vendor correspondence, technical analysis, solution development and presentation of deliverables to the client.\nLead and/or assist on client requests for proposals, develop customer presentations, interface with current and future client representatives, and perform other duties as needed.\nMake an impact day-to-day with your skills and expertise, strengthening that relationship with our clients and the Design Group team.\nWhat You'll Bring\n10+ years of experience leading the development and design of process and packaging systems, including; programmatic design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, permit acquisition and field implementation.\nLeadership skills and experience with a drive to grow and expand local and regional clients.\nThe ability to lead design of GMP manufacturing and distribution facilities.\nAn understanding of facility operational requirements, people and material flows, adjacency schemes, environmental classifications, food safety, GMPand an understanding of various industry regulatory requirements\nA working knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes\nExperience in the development, design and execution for greenfield and brownfield facilities as well scope development to be completed within operating facilities.\nExperience interfacing with clients and in establishing long-term client relationships.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and client interaction abilities.\nA willingness to travel for project requirements including client meetings, facility assessments, operational reviews, construction and start-up activities, client and company sponsored meetings.\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or a closely related discipline.\nOur culture and commitment to our people is what sets us apart.
