Ideal candidates will bring a proactive mindset, technical versatility, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.\nPosition Responsibilities\nPerform assembly, installation, and testing of electro-mechanical systems and components.\nDiagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in production and prototype equipment.\nRead and interpret complex schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.\nCollaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve build processes and resolve technical challenges.\nMaintain and calibrate tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.\nDocument work performed and maintain accurate records of repairs and modifications.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization.\nTrain and mentor junior technicians as needed.\nExcellent communication and organization skills.\nBuild and troubleshoot single and three-phase electrical systems\nDiagnose, dismantles, repairs, and reassembles complex equipment.\nFamiliar with lean manufacturing concepts\nSolidWorks experience is beneficial\nPosition Tasks\nAssembling electronic and mechanical parts/assemblies on new equipment.
