Founded in West Hollywood in 1998, it’s the original strength and cardio interval fitness experience that provides an immersive, high-intensity, one-hour workout that’s as effective as it is fun. Our program is designed to tone muscle and maximize fat loss, while spiking the metabolism for up to 48 hours following the class.\nPlease be aware that smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of Barry’s studios and corporate offices.\nAbout the role\nThe Graphic Designer will play a key role in bringing the Barry’s brand to life through compelling content across digital, print, and in-studio channels. This role will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, animations, and video assets across marketing, retail, and digital platforms, as well as static design content such as digital ads, social assets, and in-studio signage. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and fluent in both design principles and storytelling.\nWhat you'll do\nConceptualize, design, and produce motion graphics and static assets (social posts, digital ads, emails, print collateral, in-studio materials) that align with brand guidelines\nCollaborate with the Retail, Marketing, and Digital teams to develop content for social media, campaigns, in-studio screens, websites, and paid media\nTranslate brand direction and campaign concepts into dynamic motion assets that resonate with diverse audiences\nEdit and enhance video content with graphics, typography, and special effects\nEnsure all deliverables meet technical specifications across platforms and devices\nManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines within a fast-paced environment\nStay current on design trends, motion techniques, and emerging digital media platforms\nSupport special projects and cross-functional creative initiatives as assigned\nSupport brand campaigns and initiatives with both motion and static deliverables\nEnsure all visual outputs (motion and static) are consistent with brand guidelines and visual identity.\nInnovation & Creativity: Generates new ideas, embraces exploration, and applies creative problem-solving to elevate design work\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field preferred\n3+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or digital content creation\nExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign;
