Our products have supported projects like One World Trade Center, Paycor Stadium, and the Flame Towers.\nWhat you'll do:\nAs a CNC Lathe Set-Up Operator, you’ll play an important role in setting up and operating CNC lathes, making adjustments as needed, and ensuring parts meet quality and production standards. You can expect to:\nSet up and operate CNC lathes to produce parts according to specifications\nLoad programs, selecting tooling, and make necessary machine adjustments\nRead and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings\nInspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standards are met\nMake tool offsets and adjustments to maintain part accuracy and consistency\nMonitor machine performance and troubleshooting basic machining or setup issues\nPerform tool changes and replacing worn tooling as needed\nMaintain production goals while prioritizing quality and safety\nKeep machines and work areas clean, organized, and safe\nWork with team members and leadership to identify opportunities for improvement\nBenefits:\nCompetitive wages events\nRequirements\nWhat It Takes to Succeed as a CNC Lathe Set-Up Operator:\nPrevious CNC machining experience, preferably with CNC lathes\nExperience setting up CNC machines, including tooling, offsets, and machine adjustments is a plus\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions\nFamiliarity with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other inspection equipment\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts\nAbility to troubleshoot machine issues and make adjustments as needed\nAbility to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area\nAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively\nAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs. throughout the shift\nA
