Client Relationship Associate (CRA) is a member of the client service team and works closely with Wealth Advisors, Financial Planners, clients, and several departments within the firm and plays a critical role in supporting client service, retention, and business growth.\nEssential Functions:\nAct as a point of contact and demonstrate a client-first attitude, addressing client inquiries and concerns.\nActively work to meet and anticipate the needs of the Advisors and clients they support.\nAssist with all facets of new client onboarding process including opening accounts, client portal set up and access, and managing all related account documents between clients, advisors, and investment custodians.\nManage client information - regularly update client relationship management (CRM) records by maintaining client profiles, information, and activities, utilize client portal, submit, and follow up on necessary paperwork.\nHandle all distribution and money movement requests.\nServe as a liaison between client, custodian, and Advisors, as well as third parties. \nSchedule and organize client meetings for Advisors and coordinate presentation and meeting materials with Client Communications Associate\nTroubleshoot client issues promptly and effectively.\n Support the preparation of client presentations and other meeting materials.\nUtilize Bartlett’s compliance software to ensure proper recordkeeping.\nAssist with office administrative duties as needed.\nKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:\nCollaborate with all internal departments and teams to ensure client needs are met.\nAdhere to all regulations and policies.\nUse extreme discretion, maintain confidentiality, and act with the utmost integrity.\nWork well under pressure and time constraints.\nWork independently to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.\nBe organized, detailed-oriented, and able to multitask and prioritize workflow in a changing work environment. \nCommunicate effectively with a wide range of people in a professional manner using tact, courtesy, and good judgment, both verbally and written. \nBe a team player, collaborative, and able to work with and through others.\nRequirements\nMinimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the financial services/investment management industry. \nAssociates or Bachelor’s degree in business from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience is preferred.\nProficiency with Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel with advanced skills for exporting and merging information into documents and a demonstrated ability to use/learn advanced software, systems, and devices. \nExperience with CRM software (Practifi/Salesforce experience preferred), portfolio management platforms (Addepar experience preferred), and custodian systems (i.e., Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing).\nExperience or familiarity with electronic document repositories, e-signature, and PDF applications (i.e., Laserfiche, DocuSign, Adobe/Nitro).\nProficiency in business English, composition, spelling, grammar, and punctuation and the demonstrated
