They are responsible for ensuring that each customer receives the correct order.\nPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nGreet guests with a friendly and outgoing demeanor and accommodates any special needs or guest requests. \nRunning food orders throughout restaurant. \nStocks glassware, flatware and napkins in all areas necessary on a continual basis. \nTaking full bus trays to the dish area and replacing empty bus trays in the service stations. \nSort dishes at the dish area to help expedite cleaning. \nEmpty dining room trash cans as needed. \nPerform side work before, during and after shift as has ended. \nMaintains a clean and organized work area/station \nAssist other team members and management as needed. \nAssist in maintaining a safe working environment. \nPresent professional demeanor in attire, language and attitude. \nMust purchase and wear appropriate uniform. \nAll Other Duties as Assigned\nRequirements\nQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:\nExceptional interpersonal, oral, presentation and written communication skills.\nAbility to work in fast-paced, changing environment.\nExcellent guest service skills \nPleasant and accommodating personality with continuous and outgoing demeanor \nCommunicate with management regarding guest questions and/or comments \nBe able to maintain positive attitude towards each guest and fellow team members and management. \nPromote and participate in a strong team effort. \nAbility to initiate communication effectively with staff and guests. \nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:\nRestaurant experience preferred.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is:\nFrequently required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle and feel, and reach with hands and arms. \nOccasionally required to bend, kneel, crouch, climb stairs, and reach overhead. \nWalking through dining room on carpeted and hard wood flooring. \nLight/moderate lifting is required. \nPosition dictates working in a fast-paced environment and subject to irregular hours including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.\nADA Disclaimer: In developing this job description care was taken to include all competencies needed to successfully perform in this position.
