These roles combine technical leadership, team management (3–4 developers in each team), and hands-on expertise across data engineering, data science, NLP, and machine learning.\nYou will lead a talented international team of 4 engineers, design modern data architectures, and deliver data products that enable smarter decision-making through advanced analytics and AI.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead and mentor a team of data science engineers.\nDesign and scale modern data platforms, including large-scale natural language processing (NLP) pipelines and data models.\nDrive AI-powered data engineering workflows, machine learning, and advanced analytics initiatives from concept to production.\nBuild solutions using Python, SQL, cloud technologies (AWS), and modern data platforms such as Snowflake.\nLead your team in applying statistical methods and predictive modeling to solve complex business challenges.\nDevelop scalable data workflows, automation, and analytical applications.\nCollaborate with other teams.\nDefine technical standards and best practices across data and AI initiatives.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, AI (including production-grade agentic AI workflows), or NLP. (NLP expertise is essential for only one of the two teams)\nWillingness to lead a team and mentor technical professionals.\nStrong knowledge of AI, ML, data architecture, data modeling, and scalable data solutions.\nAdvanced hands-on Python and SQL skills.\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and modern data technologies.\nExperience deploying machine learning or AI solutions into production.\nUnderstanding of Generative AI, LLMs, or modern AI frameworks.\nFluent English communication skills;
