coordination meetings with clients\n\nResponsible for all project in designated area\n\nOrganize works in designated area based on project priorities.\n\nPrepare forecast of requirements of people and material in advance\n\nRead and review all project specifications, drawing and details\n\nCheck all MEP networks installed by contactor to ensure adequacy before commencement with installation of equipment\n\nResponsible for taking all site dimensions to enable proper execution of work\n\nCheck, and receive all work areas on site clean and clear of any obstacles proper to commencement of equipment installation.\n\nCheck and receive all Material/Equipment delivery to site to ensure quantity, types required and free of any damage\n\nArrange secure store for equipment and material till installation\n\nProtect all equipment with adequate protection until TOC/ handover date\n\nInternal testing to all required equipment prior to client testing and commissioning \n\nPerform testing and commissioning with clients and follow up signed commission report\n\nPerform hand over procedure with client and follow up site hand over documents.\n\nRectify any snags received from project tam in a timely manner.\n\nCoordinate all works with project team prior to installation to ensure all MEP Networks, civil, ID, and site condition are suitable to enable installation of equipment.\n\nInternal weekly report of project site progress.\n\nOrganize and schedule site team tasks on site.\n\nMaintain a record of all personel admin such as overtime, attendance and transportation.\n\nPerform any task assigned by line manager.\n\nRequirements\nUniversity degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.\n\nAt least 7 years of experience preferably in Engineering and trading and projects or Installation.\n\nVery good interpersonal skills.\n\nVery good negotiation skills.\n\nHigh follow through drive and high self-motivation with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.\n\nStrong reporting and presentation skills.\n\nVery good verbal and written communication skills.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills. \n\nMust possess the highest levels of maturity, ethics and professional integrity.\n\nVery good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,).\n\nVery good command of written & spoken English and Arabic.\n\nExcellent skills of dealing with different internet
