Our engineers tackle demanding aerospace and defense challenges, bringing together hardware, software, manufacturing, and testing to move ideas from concept to deployment. As a Program Manager, you’ll contribute directly to this work, solve technical problems alongside a multidisciplinary team, and help deliver systems built for real operational demands.
Based onsite in O’Fallon, MO, this role coordinates engineering execution from requirements through design, integration, test, and delivery, working with engineering, program management, manufacturing, procurement, and quality to meet technical, schedule, and cost targets.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program execution for defense and aerospace contracts, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with government and industry customers
- Manage internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing and procurement
- Participate in proposal development
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, export control regulations (ITAR/EAR), and internal quality systems.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical and programmatic risks.
- Prepare and present regular status updates, technical reviews, and financial reports to senior leadership and customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of program management experience in the defense, aerospace, or government contracting sectors.
- Proven leadership managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple concurrent programs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer-facing skills.
- U.S. Citizenship required due to government contract requirements.
