As a Program Manager, you’ll contribute directly to this work, solve technical problems alongside a multidisciplinary team, and help deliver systems built for real operational demands.\nBased onsite in O’Fallon, MO, this role coordinates engineering execution from requirements through design, integration, test, and delivery, working with engineering, program management, manufacturing, procurement, and quality to meet technical, schedule, and cost targets.\nCompensation will be commensurate with experience.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end program execution for defense and aerospace contracts, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality.\nDevelop and maintain relationships and partnerships with government and industry customers\nManage internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing and procurement\nParticipate in proposal development\nEnsure compliance with FAR/DFARS, export control regulations (ITAR/EAR), and internal quality systems.\nProactively identify and mitigate technical and programmatic risks.\nPrepare and present regular status updates, technical reviews, and financial reports to senior leadership and customers.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or higher. \nMinimum of 1-3 years of program management experience in the defense, aerospace, or government contracting sectors.\nProven leadership managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple concurrent programs.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and customer-facing skills.\nU.S. Citizenship required due to government contract requirements.\nThis position will be onsite in O’Fallon, MO\nAll positions at Bascom Hunter are subject to background investigations.
