Manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.\nProvide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.\nProvide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.\nProvide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remain involved in the resolution process.\nConfigure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintain integrity and configure network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.\nProvide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.\nManage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.\nProvide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems.\nOptimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning.\nProvide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets.\nConfigure and manage UNIX and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity of and configure network components, along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.\nRequired Qualifications\n Meet an applicable education and experience pathway in the equivalency section for SA experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.\nProvide in-depth experience in trouble-shooting IT systems.\nDoD 8570 compliance with IAM I is required.\nPreferred Qualifications\n None specified.\nRequired Education and Experience Equivalency\n Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university with Ten (10) years' experience as a SA on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.\nIn lieu of a Bachelor's degree with Four (4) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a total of fourteen (14) years.\nRequired Certifications\n DoD 8570 IAM Level I certification required - one of: CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, Security+ CE, HCISPP.\nRequired Security Clearance\n Active Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph\nEqual Employment Opportunity\n Base-2 Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
