This role involves integrating JIRA, GitLab, and other IT service management tools to ensure seamless data synchronization and workflow automation. The position requires proficiency in API integrations, system interoperability, and secure authentication protocols, along with strong scripting and automation skills to streamline data exchange between platforms.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n Integrate JIRA, GitLab, and other IT service management tools to ensure seamless data synchronization and workflow automation.\nPerform API integrations and ensure system interoperability.\nImplement secure authentication protocols including OAuth and SAML.\nDevelop scripting and automation solutions to streamline data exchange between platforms.\nRequired Qualifications\n Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field OR a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in system integration.\nDemonstrated experience in integrating ITSM platforms, developing API-based solutions, and ensuring secure identity federation.\nExperience with OAuth, SAML, and enterprise authentication protocols.\nPreferred Qualifications\n ITIL Foundation Certification.\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect.\nRequired Education and Experience Equivalency\n Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\nOR 5 years of equivalent experience in system integration.\nRequired Certifications\n None specified.\nRequired Security Clearance\n Active Top Secret/SCI\nEqual Employment Opportunity\n Base-2 Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
