This role coordinates one or more high-visibility, staggered test events across the full test life cycle and provides timely status updates to Government leads.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n Serve as the central facilitator of contractual and programmatic test events by driving communication, streamlining information reception, and removing dependencies across multiple Government teams and vendors.\nCoordinate one or more high-visibility, staggered test events concurrently across the full test life cycle.\nProvide timely status updates to Government Leads, including Agile Release Train Leads, Project Directors, CORs, and other stakeholders.\nFacilitate regular meetings and communication mechanisms to discuss progress, address issues, and mitigate risks.\nLiaise between vendor, integrator, development, and testing teams to ensure effective communication.\nActively participate in communications across multiple channels, including chatrooms, emails, and verbal communication, on unclassified and classified networks.\nIdentify and recommend actions to remove gaps in information or communication.\nEscalate issues to appropriate teams or, when necessary, to Government Leads.\nCentralize presentation of test-event data across teams and vendors.\nCreate SOPs and templates for Government use.\nMaintain a broad view of testing activities for assigned equipment across different test phases.\nTrack and communicate information across multiple teams and stakeholders.\nMonitor test case execution and track progress against the test plan.\nEnsure defects and issues are properly logged, prioritized, tracked, and resolved.\nProvide periodic status messaging for each test event.\nCoordinate with other teams in the setup of the system or environment under test, including hardware, software, and network configurations.\nEnsure each test environment meets event-specific criteria.\nTriage, prioritize, and summarize issues reported during testing.\nFacilitate issue resolution by working with teams, vendors, and stakeholders.\nSummarize regular test status reports for stakeholders.\nFacilitate the culmination of multiple test reports summarizing the environment, detailed results, and recommendations.\nIdentify, track, and help mitigate risks that could impact testing schedule, scope, or quality.\nProvide recommendations on decisions and priorities for test activities.\nProvide recommendations to help define testing scope, objectives, and criteria for success.\nFacilitate review of detailed test plans, including timelines and milestones.\nCoordinate resources and schedules between the vendor, integrator, and testing teams.\nCoordinate with Government teams to develop test cases covering required functionality and edge cases.\nReview test cases to ensure they are well defined, relevant, and feasible.\nCoordinate test closure activities, including final testing, documentation updates, and messaging.\nFacilitate identification and incorporation of lessons learned to improve future testing efforts.\nRequired Qualifications\n Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.\nExperience in systems engineering sufficient to meet one of the stated education/experience pathways.\nStrong experience coordinating schedule-driven, project-level activities across multiple participants.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to synthesize and summarize complex technical information for diverse audiences.\nExperience working across multiple stakeholders, including Government teams, industry vendors, and internal stakeholders.\nAbility to escalate appropriately to Government Leads, including ART Leads and CORs.\nProficiency supporting requirements validation activities.\nProficiency tracking schedules and anticipating logistical challenges.\nProficiency using ticketing systems, collaboration platforms, and dashboard tools.\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps, assess risks, and recommend prioritization of test activities.\nAbility to coordinate environment setup, issue management, reporting, planning, scheduling, and closure activities across the test life cycle.\nRequired Education and Experience Equivalency\n High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of experience.\nAssociates Degree with 12 years of experience.\nBachelors' Degree with 7 years of experience.\nMasters' Degree with 5 years of experience.\nPhD with 3 years of experience.\nRequired Certifications\n None specified.\nRequired Security Clearance\n Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\n Base-2 Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
