Terragrunt, or Ansible to provision and manage infrastructure efficiently and consistently.\nObservability & Monitoring: Work with the DevOps/Infrastructure team to ensure application and system observability through metrics, logs, and distributed tracing using tools like Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.\nPlatform Reliability: Participate in platform reliability efforts, including setting up monitoring and alerting systems, conducting automated testing, and tuning performance.\nDevSecOps Integration: Help drive the adoption of DevSecOps practices, integrating security into CI/CD pipelines and ensuring infrastructure and application compliance.\nAutomation & Scripting: Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline infrastructure provisioning, build processes, and application deployments.\nCloud & Environment Management: Work with cloud and hosting providers to set up, configure, and manage application environments and deployment pipelines.\nResource Management: Provision and manage infrastructure resources such as servers, virtual machines, containers, and related services to support development and operations teams.\nContinuous Integration/Delivery: Promote and implement continuous integration and delivery best practices to improve development workflows and deployment efficiency.\n\nMust-Have Skills\n\nEducation & Experience: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience in a related field.\nDevOps & Cloud Expertise: Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies, Agile development practices, and cloud technologies (preferably AWS).\nCI/CD Tools: Practical experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines using platforms such as GitLab CI/CD.\nInfrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, or Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.\nContainerization & Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for building, managing, and orchestrating containerized applications.\nSystem Administration: Proficient in administering both Linux and Windows systems, including patching, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.\nWeb & Application Servers: Experience managing and deploying applications on JBoss and Apache servers.\nMiddleware & Messaging: Experience configuring and managing RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems.\nCloud & Virtualization: Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and virtualization technologies like VMware.\nNetworking Fundamentals: Solid understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VPNs, subnets) as they relate to cloud and on-prem environments.\nProgramming & Scripting: Exposure to backend technologies such as Java, and scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation.\nMonitoring & Observability: Familiar with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace) for metrics, logging, and tracing.\nProblem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, networks, and deployment pipelines.\n\nGood-to-Have Skills\n\nArchitecture & Design: Experience designing infrastructure and automation solutions for complex and scalable applications.\nCertifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator etc).\nCollaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with developers,
