This is not going to be an operations role. It is a project. Therefore, consulting experience would be highly preferred\n\nTechnology platforms:\nStrong understanding of one or more of:\nInfrastructure platforms\nData Centres\nCloud environments\nNetworking\nInformation Security\nIT Operations\nDisaster Recovery\nTechnology Governance\nThe role is not expected to be a deep technical specialist but should be comfortable discussing technology topics with SMEs andstakeholders.\nRole Overview\nWe are seeking an experienced Engagement Lead to support a technology resilience assessment for a large enterprise organisation.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating assessment activities, managing stakeholder engagement, facilitating workshops and validation sessions, and ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones.\nActing as the primary day-to-day point of contact between the client and the assessment team, you will work closely with technology specialists, architects, consultants and business stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of the engagement.\nKey Responsibilities\nStakeholder & Engagement Management\nServe as the primary onsite contact for the engagement.\n\nCoordinate activities across technology, operations, risk and business teams.\n\nManage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication.\n\nIdentify and escalate project risks, issues and dependencies.\n\nProject & Assessment Coordination\nCoordinate assessment workstreams, schedules and key milestones.\n\nManage information requests and follow up on outstanding documentation.\n\nOrganise workshops, validation sessions and stakeholder discussions.\n\nTrack action items and ensure timely completion of deliverables.\n\nGovernance & Reporting\nMaintain project plans, progress trackers and RAID logs.\n\nPrepare regular status reports and management updates.\n\nSupport governance meetings and steering committee discussions.\n\nCoordinate review cycles and quality assurance activities.\n\nDocumentation & Delivery Support\nCoordinate the collection of technical architecture documents and assessment evidence.\n\nMaintain document repositories and track outstanding information.\n\nSupport the preparation of assessment findings, recommendations and executive presentations.\n\nWork closely with consultants and technical subject matter experts throughout the engagement.\n\nRequirements\nMinimum 8 years of experience in project management, programme management or engagement management.\n\nProven experience supporting enterprise technology projects or consulting engagements.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and project coordination capabilities.\n\nGood understanding of one or more technology domains, including IT infrastructure, data centres, cloud environments, networking, information security, IT operations, disaster recovery or technology governance.\n\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex project deliverables.\n\nStrong communication, facilitation, documentation and reporting skills.\n\nComfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and working onsite in a client-facing environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in banking, financial services or other large enterprise environments.\n\nExposure to technology resilience assessments, disaster recovery programmes, infrastructure transformation or enterprise architecture engagements.\n\nProfessional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, ITIL or Certified Scrum Master.\n\nSkills\nPreparation
