Technical Account Manager / CSM

We're looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to become the trusted technical advisor for our established customers. This is a hands-on role for someone who's just as comfortable in a deep technical conversation with a customer's engineering team as they are coordinating across internal product, engineering, and support functions.

You'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI infrastructure and real customer outcomes — solving problems that matter, for organizations shaping the future of AI in the region.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as the go-to technical contact for established customers, resolving issues that go beyond standard support
• Partner closely with Customer Success, Support, Project Management, and Product Engineering teams to keep customers running smoothly
• Help customers and Sales size and scope infrastructure for demanding AI workloads
• Guide customers through technical reviews, capacity planning, performance monitoring, and system health checks
• Support the coordination of critical incident escalations and customer onboarding handovers

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager or Solutions Architect
• Strong relationship-building instincts, paired with genuine technical depth
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI/ML/LLM technologies, and AI cluster hardware
• Comfort working with ticketing systems like Jira
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin, to support our regional customer base

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience at a Neocloud, HPC, Cloud, Infrastructure, or MSP-style organization
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar service frameworks
