You'll open it up, run the tests, and help engineers figure out exactly what broke and why. Your findings feed directly into design changes, firmware fixes, and line improvements on a product already running in homes. You'll also build the tools and processes that make failure analysis faster, and keep the lab running safely. What You'll Do Test returned hardware and help engineers find root cause. Build and improve the fixtures, test equipment, and processes used to triage returns. Own the process and make it better. Track throughput and results, flag new quality issues, and give engineers the context to prioritize fixes in firmware, the product, or the line. Keep the lab safe, clean, and organized.
