Với Base 2.0 - The Agentic Operating System, Base đang phát triển hệ sinh thái nơi con người, phần mềm và AI Agent cùng tham gia vào hoạt động vận hành doanh nghiệp.\nBase tìm kiếm một Solution Engineer - Data Service tại HCM, đồng hành cùng đội ngũ kinh doanh Enterprise trong việc xây dựng và phát triển các giải pháp Data & AI cho khách hàng doanh nghiệp.\nVị trí tập trung vào khả năng trực tiếp xây dựng sản phẩm demo/POC, kiểm chứng tính khả thi của giải pháp và từng bước phát triển năng lực tư vấn, thiết kế hệ thống dữ liệu tổng thể.\nMÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC\nTiếp nhận & phân tích yêu cầu: Phối hợp cùng đội ngũ kinh doanh Enterprise để tìm hiểu nhu cầu, hiện trạng dữ liệu và bài toán quản trị của khách hàng.\n\nThiết kế giải pháp: Phân tích yêu cầu, đề xuất phương án kỹ thuật và từng bước tham gia thiết kế giải pháp dữ liệu tổng thể từ Data Pipeline, Data Warehouse, Reporting/Dashboard đến ứng dụng AI.\n\nXây dựng Demo & POC: Trực tiếp phát triển mockup, dashboard, mini-app và POC; thiết lập luồng xử lý dữ liệu, tích hợp với hệ thống Base để kiểm chứng tính khả thi của giải pháp.\n\nReview & hoàn thiện: Ứng dụng AI để tối ưu quá trình phát triển; phối hợp cùng đội ngũ Solution Engineer, Data Engineer xử lý các yêu cầu kỹ thuật chuyên sâu và cải tiến sản phẩm theo phản hồi thực tế.\n\nHỗ trợ tư vấn khách hàng: Phối hợp cùng đội ngũ kinh doanh trình bày, demo giải pháp cho khách hàng Enterprise, góp phần nâng cao hiệu quả tư vấn và tỷ lệ chuyển đổi cơ hội kinh doanh.\n\nYÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN\nNăng lực chuyên môn\nƯu tiên ứng viên có từ 01 năm kinh nghiệm tại các vị trí Data Analyst, Business Analyst (thiên về dữ liệu), Data Engineer hoặc các vai trò tương đương. Bắt buộc có minh chứng về những dự án/sản phẩm mà bạn đã làm trước đó.\nBắt buộc có nền tảng về Data Warehouse, ETL, Data Modeling và Reporting, hiểu cách dữ liệu được thu thập, xử lý, lưu trữ và khai thác phục vụ hoạt động doanh nghiệp.\nSử dụng thành thạo ít nhất một công cụ BI như Power BI, Tableau hoặc Looker Studio; có khả năng xây dựng dashboard và báo cáo từ dữ liệu thực tế.\nCó khả năng trực tiếp xây dựng demo/POC và tự thiết lập luồng tích hợp dữ liệu giữa các hệ thống khi cần phát triển sản phẩm thực tế.\nCó tư duy thiết kế giải pháp dữ liệu, biết phân tích yêu cầu và lựa chọn phương án kỹ thuật phù hợp với bài toán của khách hàng.\nChủ động ứng dụng AI để hỗ trợ phân tích, thiết kế và phát triển sản phẩm.\nTư duy & thái độ\nTư duy logic, khả năng bóc tách vấn đề và chuyển hóa yêu cầu kinh doanh thành giải pháp kỹ thuật cụ thể.\nYêu thích việc trực tiếp xây dựng, thử nghiệm và cải tiến sản phẩm; sẵn sàng tìm hiểu công nghệ mới để giải quyết vấn đề.\nCó tinh thần ownership, chủ động với tiến độ, chất lượng và kết quả công việc.\nGiao tiếp rõ ràng, có khả năng phối hợp với đội ngũ kinh doanh và kỹ thuật.\nQuan tâm đến cách doanh nghiệp vận hành, mong muốn phát triển từ chuyên môn dữ liệu sang tư vấn giải pháp cho khách hàng Enterprise.\nĐiểm cộng: Từng tham gia dự án triển khai giải pháp dữ liệu cho doanh nghiệp, có kinh nghiệm tích hợp API, phát triển mini-app hoặc xây dựng POC thực tế.\nQUYỀN LỢI\nThu nhập & đãi ngộ\nLương cứng 10.000.000 -
