This is the path for engineers to grow rapidly into Product Engineers- professionals who understand the problem, design the solution, and take full ownership of the products they build.\nYou will be involved in the entire product development lifecycle, including:\n1. Understand user and business problems\nAnalyze real user needs and business contexts\nAnswer the core question: Why does this feature need to be built?\n2. Product ownership and responsibility\nTake ownership of one or more modules or features, including: Monitoring performance; Analyzing usage data; Listening to and responding to user feedback\nProactively propose improvements based on data and real-world usage\n5.
