Work across the frontend and backend as required by the problem.\nCollaborate closely with product and engineering teams to convert customer use cases into product improvements.\nDevelop integrations and custom solutions while ensuring they can be leveraged across multiple customers where applicable.\nTroubleshoot technical challenges and independently drive problems to resolution.\nOperate effectively in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment and take ownership beyond a narrowly defined role.\nRequirements:\n2-4 years of relevant experience is preferred; candidates with more experience can be considered if they demonstrate strong hands-on engineering and FDE capabilities.\nStrong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on coding experience.\nFull-stack experience preferred; strong frontend or backend engineers who are willing to work across the stack can also be considered.\nExperience with technologies such as React, TypeScript, Next.js, Go, Python, Rust, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, gRPC, Docker, and cloud platforms is relevant.\nStrong problem-solving and independent ownership.\nExperience with customer-facing implementations, integrations, consulting, solutioning, or requirement gathering is highly relevant.\nAbility to understand ambiguous customer problems and arrive at practical technical solutions.\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
