Ideally, you have:Background & Experience: A completed commercial apprenticeship and initial experience in HR or a comparable role-preferably in an international environment.\nDigital Confidence: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Teams.\nSystem Familiarity: First-hand experience with HR software tools such as ATOSS or Personio is a plus.\nLanguage Skills: Strong English and German skills, both written and spoken - other additional languages are a plus.\nWorking Style & Personality: A service-driven attitude, a reliable and discreet demeanor, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
