Your main task will be to translate our pharma customers business needs into user stories and technology and to participate in implementation projects for high profile clients - from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate has successfully completed the first IT projects and is ready to specialize in delivering complex projects.\nThe position is placed in the Data and Analytics practice area within BASE, which combines highly specialized business knowledge of the pharma commercial domain with in-depth technology expertise to maximize the value creation from the digital platform of our clients.\nThe position is to be placed in Spain (Madrid or Barcelona) or Denmark (Copenhagen)\nWhat makes you the ideal candidate for this job?\nAs a minimum, we expect you to have 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst within life science, specifically:\nDeep hands-on understanding of the commercial processes in life science companies.\nSuccessful track record of participating in IT projects in a life science company.\nProven experience in data visualization tools: Qlik (preferred), Power BI, Tableau or similar.\nUnderstanding of relational databases concepts and big data technologies.\nProblem solving and critical thinking mindset to support our clients’ analytics challenges and ambition to become data driven companies.\nAbility to communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.\nAbility to structure tasks and sense of details.\nAbility to run workshops, documentation & customer alignments in English.
