With clients, you’ll be the data architect they rely on: setting up data governance, running the design authority and making the calls that keep their data landscape coherent. Inside BASE, you’ll help lead our Commercial data team by developing people, shaping proposals and helping us win new work. We don’t expect you to be equally strong on both sides, and we’ll shape the role around where you bring the most.\nWhat you’ll do\nWith clients:\nAct as lead data architect on MDM and data platform programmes for life sciences clients\nSet up and run data governance, including ownership, standards and decision rights\nChair design authority meetings and make the architecture calls across MDM, data platform and CRM integration\nWork with client stakeholders, from business owners to IT leadership\nInside BASE:\nManage and develop consultants in our data team\nLead or contribute to RFP responses and solution proposals\nPresent in client orals and pre-sales meetings\nShare knowledge and help grow our data practice\nWhat you bring\nA proven track record in a leading role on MDM or data platform implementations, deep in one and credible across both:MDM (e.g. Informatica MDM, Reltio MDM)\ndata platforms (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, Informatica IDMC)\n\nHands-on experience with data governance and with running a design authority or similar architecture forum\nExperience managing and developing people\nPre-sales experience, such as RFP responses, proposals or orals\nA good understanding of delivery methodologies such as Agile, waterfall and hybrid\nA general understanding of customer engagement (CE) processes such as CRM, marketing automation, consent management, and event and engagement management\nConfident communication, spoken and written, with both business and technical audiences\nExcellent English\nA plus if you have\nDeep knowledge of one or more CE processes\nA certification in an MDM solution (Informatica MDM, Reltio MDM) or a data platform (Databricks, Snowflake, Informatica)\nGood knowledge of the data models of at least one key data provider: IQVIA OneKey, IQVIA sales and prescription data, or Veeva OpenData\nGAMP 5 training or hands-on experience\nThis position is offered in Denmark and Spain.\nWho is BASE life science?\nFounded in 2007, BASE life science is a business and technology consulting enterprise working exclusively in the life sciences industry.\nWith headquarters in Denmark and offices across Europe and the United States, we support clients globally.
