Implementation Specialist (Greece)

Following rapid international expansion in 20 countries, Base.com expanded to Greece in 2025. As one of the core sales hires in the Greek market, you'll play a defining role in shaping go-to-market, closing enterprise accounts, and be part of the changing e-commerce ecosystem in Greece.

About the role

We're looking for an Implementation Specialist to take full ownership of enterprise implementations, from the first meeting to go-live. You'll work closely with our ENT clients, translate their business needs into working integrations, and build those integrations yourself. It's a hands-on role that sits between the business and technical sides, so you'll be equally comfortable in a client meeting and in the details of an integration.

What you'll do

• Own each implementation end to end, from kickoff and requirements gathering through go-live and handover
• Build the integrations yourself, connecting marketplaces, ERPs and ecommerce platforms, and troubleshoot when needed
• Translate ENT clients' business needs into technical specifications and turn them into working solutions
• Join presales meetings with ENT clients alongside the sales team, covering the technical scope and feasibility of the solution
• Be the main point of contact for the client throughout the project and make sure the outcome matches the requirements

What we're looking for

• Someone who can bridge the business and technical sides, comfortable talking to a client one moment and building the solution the next. We care about how you think and deliver, not about a specific title on your CV
• Strong ownership of your projects and a self-motivated drive to keep learning and growing, since you'll be delivering the technical work hands-on
• Hands-on experience with technical implementations for enterprise clients, ideally involving ERPs and ecommerce platforms such as Magento, OpenCart and similar
• Experience using LLMs for code generation and/or tools like Cursor
• Great energy and a collaborative attitude that makes clients and teammates want to work with you
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical people, in writing and in person
• Fluent English is mandatory, day-to-day communication inside Base is in English
