Model labs train more capable models, hyperscalers provide infrastructure and distribution, developers build new AI products, and a growing set of tools gives agents more to work with. Baseten sits at the center of all of it, as the inference platform that developers and large companies use to run AI in production.\nWe're hiring Software Engineers with strong product and customer sense to join our Product Platform organization. This team builds the enterprise-hardened products that sit on top of our inference platform. These are the surfaces customers, partners, and their agents touch every day. We also build systems and products for developer productivity, including agentic platforms.\nWe're hiring across several areas:\nCommercialization, billing, and partnerships.\n\nDeveloper productivity and agentic development.\n\nEnterprise controls: identity, access, governance, and account lifecycle management.\n\nYou'll own customer-facing features end to end. That means talking to customers to define the problem, designing and shipping the solution, and iterating once it's in production.
