You'll work closely with business leaders to analyse financial results, challenge assumptions, improve processes and help steer the business towards its operational and financial goals.\nHow You Will Do It\nPartner with business leaders to provide financial insights, performance analysis and recommendations that support commercial decision-making.\nMonitor sales, costs and profitability against operational plans, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.\nLead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities to support business performance and resource allocation.\nDeliver meaningful reporting and analysis to local and regional stakeholders, translating data into actionable business insights.\nDrive process improvement initiatives and strengthen financial controls to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.\nPartner with cross-functional teams and support audit activities to ensure strong governance, compliance and continuous improvement.\nWhat We Look For\nTo be successful in this role, you'll bring strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and a genuine passion for partnering with the business to influence outcomes. You'll enjoy turning complex financial information into meaningful insights and thrive in a collaborative environment where your recommendations can shape business decisions.\nYou will:\nHold tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, with CPA is preferred.\nHave at least 5 years' experience in financial analysis business partnering or controlling business partnering roles.\nDemonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide practical business recommendations.\nHave experience influencing stakeholders and partnering with business leaders to drive performance and decision-making.\nBring a continuous improvement mindset with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, process improvement or business transformation initiatives.\nBe an effective communicator who can simplify complex financial information for diverse audiences.\nWhat We Can Offer You\nAt BASF you get more than just compensation.
