If you require any accommodation or additional support, please let us know during your first interaction with our Talent Acquisition team.\nWe are looking for a Customer Service Specialist.\nThe purpose of this role is to manage customer order-to-cash activities and provide effective customer support to ensure accurate order execution, proactive communication, issue resolution, and a positive customer experience. You will serve as a key liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, supporting business continuity, process compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives while contributing to customer satisfaction and business objectives.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for:\nManaging the order-to-cash process, taking full responsibility for the customer order management and escalating issuess as needed to contribuite to positive customer relationship.\nMonitoring customer support-related reports and providing proactive and consistent communication regarding customer orders.\nConfirming pricing, addressing price discrepancies as needed, and capturing failures and customer complaints through the NCM process by applying critical-thinking skills.\nManaging Business Continuity Workbooks and identifying and escalating customer issues and risks.\nMaintaining and updating SAP master data, customer information, system outputs, and required documentation while ensuring data accuracy.\nDeveloping an understanding of customers and their markets by actively engaging with segment partners and reviewing and understanding Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators.\nCommunicating customer and market intelligence and sharing relevant information with the primary account manager.\nParticipating in continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for process improvement and waste reduction.\nIf you have:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.\n1+ year of experience in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain.\nStrong customer orientation, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.\nThe ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.\nExperience working with ERP systems; SAP preferred.\nAdvanced written and spoken English.\nThis opportunity is for you!\nCreate Your Own Chemistry: What We Offer...\nAdding value to our customers starts with adding value to you. you@BASF is the package of benefits, career development opportunities, work environment, and compensation we offer to support you throughout every stage of your life and career.\nThe total rewards you receive as a BASF employee go beyond your compensation.
