If you bring your full self, challenge the obvious answer, and want to grow with a team that means it - this is your place.\nWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT\nHandling operational customs and foreign trade activities in accordance with established rules, procedures, and centrally defined functional guidelines.\nMaintaining official records relating to excise duties, customs warehouses, and relevant EMCS flows in compliance with national legislation and centrally defined functional guidelines.\nMonitoring customs procedures for SITE import and export flows.\nCoordinating customs clearance for the import and export of products and materials bought from or sold to third countries.\nProcessing and filing export proof requests submitted by the authorities to justify the non-application of VAT.\nPreparing and maintaining customs documentation, including customs warehouses, tariff classifications, and export and import costs, in accordance with the agreed terms.\nSupporting audits and inspections, where applicable.\nWHAT YOU OFFER\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a higher academic qualification.\nAdvanced spoken and written English (B2 level).\nProficiency in SAP and MS Office. Knowledge of Tax Agency applications is desirable.\nPrevious experience in customs management is desirable; experience in Logistics/Supply Chain will be considered an advantage.\nSpecific knowledge of foreign trade will be valued.\nAbility to work in a team, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail.
